One thing that struck me when I was posting creation of my adsense account with Google was that a lot of energy and time is wasted on creating gmails just in case you have not been successful in obtaining Adsense on earlier occasions. In other words if a person has applied 10 times unsuccessfuly to obtain the ADsense account, for the eleventh time also he has to create a gmail account It would be in the fitness of things if unsuccessful individuals are allowed to use the earlier email only while submitting their referals for review. Or Google may like to create separate set of forms for resubmission of earlier rejected applications. This aspect may be looked into at the highest level to get the proper attention it deserves
